Sales for the 350Z, especially the 350Z Performance, were brisk during 2004 and 2005. The improved reliability and the sporty styling were responsible for the increased interest.

The Grand Touring configuration is powered by the 3.5-liter six-cylinder engine, which makes 27 highway miles and 20 city. The 350Z competes in the Coupe market segment, in direct competition with Kia.
